the weekend

 i didn't quite anticipate a grand weekend this time... i knew with all the diwali fire crackers and the lights everywhere, it'd be difficult to pass this busy lane of madiwala.... however i was suppose to go on a lunch date with ashish on saturday.... for some reason we canceled that. so saturday was spent  washing, cleaning and phoning.... friends and family.... it was good.

sunday....., my cousin and his friends from mumbai decided to come over for a few days.... went and picked them up in the morning.... lunched at home.... eggs and tomatoes gravy... Y-U-M!!!... so used to sleeping in the afternoons.... i couldn't resist my bed calling out to me.... so, i laid my achy achy head to rest... on my soft soft pillow... i tell you two hours sleep was just what i needed..... i felt a lot better... and got ready to go  on a shopping spree.

we explored forum mall... tibetan shopping plaza in brigade road. bought stuff that we needed. and, i know exactly what i'm going to buy next month...haha...:-) anyways, awesome dinner awaits us.... rice, chicken, and home made pickle!!!
