this verse stands out and strikes me. a few things happened over the past two weeks. my first instincts and reactions were fret, fume and complain.worship is by far the last thing that i thought about.
i was totally taken aback by how Job reacted towards the afflictions. he tore his robe and shaved his head, which shows his acknowledgement to the afflictions yet he chose not to dwell on it. he chose to fell to the ground, a sign of submission and he worshiped. whoa...thats what i want to be able to do. i want to be able to make the right choice... to worship when adversity hits.

My hope and prayer is that all of us be granted His grace to be able to choose worship as our first choice... to make it our lifestyle. Have a great week all!
